Bryan's Journey to "Hangout"
1

Bryan was contemplating if he should remain in school to continue studying and where he should do so, when he got a text message from one of his friends.

Bryan met up with his friend and they stumbled upon a poster of UOB outside of the foodcourt.

Painpoint #1
The poster of UOB Hangout displayed outside of Food Court 5 appeared more like an advertisement to encourage students to sign-up with UOB rather than to attract them into the branch.
However, Food Court 5 was filled with students conducting their daily grinds or having their meals.

Hesitant, the 2 decided to give it a try even though the place didn't seem very popular among students as it was vacant.
Let's give it a shot!

There was a SafeEntry station at the entrance. However, nobody was there to attend to them.
They waited for a staff member to check them into the branch.

Painpoint #2
There was an absence of staff presence at the branch, hence causing both Bryan and Rhodric to be hesitant and confused with their visit to Hangout.

Painpoint #3
Bryan was unsure of how the branch functions as there was little space and virtually no staff to assist him with his visit.
Bryan and Rhodric checked in themselves. Upon entering the branch, they saw people sitting at the only 2 tables. There were no other tables for them or staff to overlook the branch.

Let's try out the games!
They went over to the chairs and TV. They saw that the TV had games and decided to try it out. However, the games were boring and unresponsive.
Painpoint #4
The games showcased in Hangout are not captivating and fails to attract students.

8
We should find some other place to hangout instead

There was a lack of facilities for them to use or enjoy. Hence, they decided to leave without the thought of re-visiting the branch.
Painpoint #5
Students would usually enter
Hangout out of curiosity, without the intention of actually staying.
